Terms & Policies

 

RESERVATION POLICIES:

A non-refundable Session Fee of $100 is due in order to secure the session date and time. Lisa Frost Photography has the right to give the session date and time to another client if the session fee has not been received one week prior to the session.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event that the client needs to reschedule the date, Lisa Frost Photography requires 24 hours notice. Mini session fees are transferrable to another family but not refundable or transferrable to another date. The Session Fee is transferable to another date within the following 12-month period. In the event of changes to the studio price list, prints and product pricing and availability for sessions will apply as at the newly booked date.

ON SESSION DAY:

The client will make every effort to be on time to sessions.  If the client is late by 15 minutes, this time is deducted from the session time.

Lisa Frost Photography may reschedule the session if weather conditions will hinder the shoot (such as heavy rain). All attempts will be made to avoid this, however sometimes it is in the client’s best interest to postpone to another date with better conditions.

Lisa Frost is not liable for the disposition of a client. Lisa Frost will use all her tactics and skills to create the photograph desired, but if the client is unwilling, this is out of her control.

GALLERIES:

Lisa Frost Photography will provide an online gallery of proofs within 2 weeks of the session date unless otherwise notified. Orders will need to be placed within 14 days. The gallery automatically deactivates on the 14th day.

If circumstances arise that the client is unable to place their order during the initial 14 days, the gallery can be reactivated for one additional 7-day timeframe. Any further reactivations will charged a Reactivation Fee of $50 per 7 day timeslot, payable prior to reactivating the gallery.

Additional editing & Photoshop Work: Images shown in the client gallery include basic retouching (removal of blemishes, skin smoothing, reduction of dark lines under eyes). Further custom or client directed retouching is an additional $20 per image.

Due to gallery limits and cost of storage, where an order has not been received and paid for within 30 days of first gallery expiry date, the images will be deleted.

All orders must be confirmed in writing and accompanied by full payment before any order will be placed.

Session fees are due by session day.

Payment plans are available with administrative fees being applied.

HYGIENE:

Clients are to advise is anyone is feeling unwell and re-schedule. Likewise, if Lisa Frost is unwell, re-scheduling is also required.

Prior to your arrival, the studio will be thoroughly cleaned, all surfaces wiped, door handles and windows.

A disinfectant spray will be used additional to the above.

All wraps, blankets and accessories are washed after each use.

When entering the studio, clients are required to wash their hands.

Throughout your studio session, Lisa Frost will wash her hands and apply sanitiser.

The studio is limited to 4 additional people due to its size and to be compliant with the QLD regulations.

Social distancing will be practised as much as it is reasonable to do, to allow Lisa Frost to photograph your baby or family safely.

Alcohol based sanitiser will be provided for during studio sessions.
